NBC 7 reporter Joe Little took a deep dive into the sewage crisis at our border. In this documentary – “Toxic Tide” – Joe shows us where the pollution begins – where it flows – and why nothing is stopping it. He shows us how it hurts the environment – the economy – and ultimately the health of people in Tijuana and San Diego county. Joe speaks with people on both sides of the border about their health – their fears – and ultimately what could fix the problem.
